1.Consulting Services

Professional Development for Educators-Workshops on culturally responsive teaching in special education. Training on IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring. Behavior management strategies for students with disabilities Instructional strategies for differentiated learning and inclusion.      

Program Monitoring and Evaluation-Ongoing evaluation of special education programs for effectiveness and compliance Data analysis to track student progress and outcome.            

1 on 1 Coaching-Special education program evaluation and improvement planning Compliance assistance with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and other state/federal regulations Development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Inclusive classroom practices and instructional strategies.
